Digital drop out issue

I am experiencing random 10 second dropouts on my digital system. It is very sporadic. It might happen once each day but then again maybe not. Very rarely twice in a listening session. But always for just 10 seconds.
I am using a 2015 Mac Mini, stripped down on programs. An external hard drive, all thru JRiver.
I have used several different DACs and multiple different USB cables all with the same results.
AC power is fed thru an APC conditioner.
Any suggestions or thoughts on the possible problem/solution?

Rule out the common denominators.

1) Try different software to see if it's JRiver related.
2) Try a different computer to see if it's related to the Mac Mini.

Once we know what exactly is causing the issue of the 2 above better advice can be given.
