Note the sweet looking diffusors in the photos:

A friend of mine, who has been obsessed with room treatments ever since I've known him, has started up a new company. His diffusor design is based on years of extensive research and testing and let me tell you, they are phenomenal. His unique pattern does things other diffusor type products just can't. Compared to any other type of diffusor product we've tested....it's contest.

Here is some first shots of his work:

And is there any information (website) about those treatments/diffusor's ?

He's just getting off the ground. He's more of a acoustic geek then a business/marketing person. He may need my help in that department. :)

Cool video Paul. My friend Bart who's trying to turn his passion for acoustic treatments into a company, uses light to show the affects. He uses a projector to shine a wide light on a wall, then adds the diffusors and you can see the light rays diffused and scatter.

Any video sample ?

Nope. I will ask him to though. He captains big oil rigs for a living....so he's gone months at a time. I think he will be home in a few weeks. Funny side story: he was the stunt man on Miami Vice who drove the boats that went flying through the air and all the crazy stuff.

I wish your friend every success. I was told that diffusors would not work well in my small room, though: absorption being better for small rooms. I hope this is correct. :(

I like the wall affect! I have a narrow but long room.I use x2 Razorblade Quadratic Diffuser about 6foot behind my listening chair to great affect.I suppose its more what you do not hear by having lots of diffusing behind you!
