There is a review of the Marantz unit in the current (July 13) issue of Hi Fi News. Other than the display and remote they pretty positive about the unit.

Thanks Jim. I'll check it out. I am sure the network players are getting better all the time. For the money, I'm sure the Marantz is outstanding.

I will be sticking with the MDMS aka Sooloos. It does just about everything I desire and the MC-200 was very reasonable.
 
Jim whatever you do, you need to add the Momentum preamp. It's a bit quirky but sounds amazing.

I have been a good boy and am saving my nickels. I will get there in the near future. The synergy when it was in my system was amazing as you well know.

Jim...@a nickel per hour, you are on track to saving up enough money for the D'Ag Momentum Pre after 18.26 years :D If you are a better saver and save a nickel per minute, you can get there in 1.22 years. I think you best be saving a nickel per minute :D

Just waiting on dividends. Us retired guys just hate dipping into the principal.
