D'Agostino Stereo Momentum through the Dartzeel NHB-18NS ....

Thanks for the feed back . That some mess , you are deep in ... you lucky man :D . So I take it that the Dart is not as full bodied a presentation as the D'Ags , would that be a fair assumption .

Yes. I would have to agree with that but I do not feel I am missing anything with the Dart. It's just when I go back to the Dagostino do I realize how much fullness I hear. The Dartzeel has more inner detail and nuance, but the Dagostino more Burmester-like tone/fullness without all the nervous energy and fatigue I was experiencing. I am still torn on which combo I could keep long term. It looks like neither is going anywhere. It really is fun to swap around. I am fortunate in that regard.

One more thing. The Dartzeel really has balls in the bass dept. I sometimes get surprised how much bass there is in a recording. It's not anemic in anyway, it's clean and powerful. Just amazing.

This is all so subjective, it can be difficult.

My Dagostino preamp is still about 6 weeks out from coming in, but that's a good thing. It will give me time to experiment.

Very nice. I ask because I'll be needing some more RCA interconnects for my vinyl rig and it's always nice to know what others are thinking. I'm running A23 now and could get more of them but was thinking about Audience cables. Something else to talk to Jeff about...

If you can, try the MomS with Nordost Valhalla power cable (used on Gon) - works great on mine :exciting:

I have to say my Nordost TYR2's sound better on my Momentum than my Dartzeel. The Dartzeel is not as sweet with the Nordost, sadly.

I have not gone crazy with power cords, yet.
