D2 not playing full album from hard drive.

I searched some of the threads here for an answer, but nada. So here's the issue, when I select an album on qubuz, and play the first song, the entire album goes in to the playlist and plays. If I select an album from my attached hard drive, only the first song plays, and only the first song is in the playlist. I've had the D2 for a couple weeks and believe this is a recent development, pretty sure it played entire album a few weeks ago.

I checked settings, and have "full" selected for adding album to playlist. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
 
Please tap and HOLD the album art, then add the the whole album to playlist.

If I did as instructed, it did not work. I held down the album image located in the top left corner of my ipad screen and a box popped up with options to play. It only added a single track to the playlist and began playing one song. I did a factory reset and tried again with same result. Albums from Qbuz get added to playlist while albums from my hard drive only get first song added. I have auto updates selected in settings.

Thanks again for your assist, I'm hoping you have a solution. Other than this issue, I do like the D2. And like I said, this problem is recent development, three weeks ago it would play entire album from HD.
 
Ok, I got it working by holding the album art, and then tapping the play icon that popped up. Thanks for the assist, @wklle. I enjoy the sound from the Lumin quite a bit.
 
What device are you using for Lumin app? iPad, iPhone, Android phone?

If you're using iOS, which version is the iOS?

I use an older ipad, IOS 10.3.3, and an iphone 13 with iOS 15.5. It seems to be working the way you instructed with both devices. The thing is, a month ago it worked by simply selecting the first song. A couple days ago I noticed the operation changed. I do listen to qbuz more often than my own files. Although I would prefer selecting music would be the same for stream and files, I can get used to it.
