Couple probably stupid questions about Lumin U1 mini and Lumin app and Jriver.

New user. It sounds great. Nice upgrade from previous streamers I was using. I have a U1 Mini with a Kenneth Lau external linear power supply. Don't know how much it improves it from stock, but it sounds very good.

Couple questions:

1) In using the Lumin app- how do I find the hard drive where my Music is stored? It only gives me a couple options for Music Library and I do not see where I can browse the computer hard drives and folders.

2) When I use Jriver it plays everything great including DSDS64 with no clicks or pops. When I play DSD128 (which my Dac supports) it makes a pop at song transitions.

3) It seems like Jriver and Lumin app are both running when I am using Jriver to play music form hard drives over network. Is that normal? Lumin shows only the individual track playing- not the full album.

1. Please install MinimServer to the computer.

2. After doing 1, please try Lumin app and see if it's the same. What DAC are you using?

3. Please kill Lumin app when you're using JRiver, and shutdown JRiver before you use Lumin app. UPnP control points are mutually exclusive.

I am using a PS Audio DirectStream DAC.

Ok, got Minimserver loaded and the Lumin app is using it.

I am trying to figure out how to add entire albums to the Playlist. LOL.
I did add two DSD128 songs in the playlist and they played with no issues of noise or pops on the transition so making progress.

The Lumin U1 Mini is really a nice piece of gear.

To add a whole album - tap and hold on a album's cover artwork. A popup will appear

Those buttons at the top will insert the album into the playlist:
Play Now: Add selection to the bottom of the Playlist and LUMIN will skip to it and play immediately
Play Next: Add selection after the 'Now Playing' song and LUMIN will play it after the current song has finished
Play Later: Add selection to the bottom of the Playlist
Play and replace: Will replace the whole of the Playlist with selection, and starts playing
