Coming to a GTA dealer near you...

What will the damage be on the A1000s? 100 wpc of pure Class A sweetness, although not sure if it's SET or not.

ok now you got my attention.lol. tough call on the allnic gear, not if i should buy it or not, but what products am i going to buy.lol. i have obviously never heard the a5000s or the a6000s, but i just love companies that are putting lots of effort into 300b's still. id love to hear them side by side, relatively the same price per pair. the a5000s are 10w, and the a6000's are 50 huge watts of 300b goodness. using 4 300b tubes per amp.so 300b rolling gets a little pricey with 4 pair to buy each time.lmao!!! but the fact that you can get the 300b sound and with 50w not have to worry about how efficient your speakers are, is a huge plus.
but im guessing the a5000 is the purest of sound of the 2. there are not many allnic dealers in the u.s. actually i think only 2 and having one close to me is just lucky, and im sure i will hear all these eventually. im really liking everything ive heard from this company so far and i think they all compete far above their price. i could see myself simplifying my setup by selling my 1201 and the cary amps and getting into a h3000 mk2 and a t1500 integrated. find the right speakers and im happy for a long time.
this is one of the a6000 monoblocks

lmao!!!! its like looking down from the empire state building that last pic.lol!!!
wonder what those sound like??? tube rolling gets expensive fast id imagine.

i read this review and the biggest downside according to the reviewer was the darkness the amps portrayed. coming from my 300b tests, the biggest thing i heard was that the electro harmonic tubes were the darkest of the bunch and had the least amount of life among the others i tested. although they were very good from the get go, the darkness on some recordings was very pronounced. which was soon gone as soon as i tried other tubes. my question is how can a reviewer not roll tubes in a 300b amp while doing the review??
its biggest attribute to me is the fact that 300b's sound like different amps with different tubes. i liked the review but i dont think its a complete review without at least trying out a different pair of tubes. im not sure why these monos @$20k a pair even come with the electro harm tubes in it. even the gold lions for very little more money crushed the EH's

I'm loving the specs & looks of the Allnic gear, I just hope they have a quality manufacturer in their back pocket to make their hard to replace tube choices for things such as the 10000.
Has anyone compared the Rogers to Allnic?

lol! my phonostage uses e180cc(12av7's )which i never even heard of before, but very nicely allnic has loaded it with nos mullards , so i dont have to do anything to it for a long while. i have no idea about those enourmous tubes in the 10000. lmao!!! im guessing those are a bit expensive.lol.

Just ordered two pairs 300b's for the DHT's and the baby T1500. A set of Sophia's and the EML 300b XLS's. This is gonna be fun.

nice mark!!! those enourmous eml's are what i listened to the t1500 with and they are so big you cant get the glass covers back on. and what a great match for that amp. but i think the sophias will be better. :D at least i hope so , so i dont have to buy more tubes.lol. congrats cant wait to hear your impressions.
