The top end has a great smoothness. But it’s splitting hairs. Sometimes sharing the same transformer accounts for this, but you give up the bigger soundstage.

They are sleepers. Ditto for the mono. As for the pre, it’s outstanding if you want a Pre to get out of the way. The DAC in the pre is meh....equal to a $2k DAC, it’s no MSB! I do like the features of the pre, like HDMI.

Have you tried the phono, any good?

Would not have expected the inbuilt DAC to be equal to 15K separate [emoji3].

I listened to these amps driving the Kharma DB9S speakers at Mike's last time I was there................Stunning sound. These amps are a steal at their price.
 
I dont want to sound like Debbie Downer but didnt Classe move their entire kit and kaboodle to China? I cant see how these could be produced in Canada at 20k retail, its just about impossible.

These are made in Japan in the same factory that builds the reference Marantz products.

Yes indeed! Mark and I spent a few hours with them. Plenty of punch, dynamics and fínese.
 
These amps would be great value for the money. Alternative to Pass or Luxman. I'm interested to know how these pairing with Revel
