Clarisys Audio

I notice that external crossover output is on the same side as input. Shouldn’t they are on the opposite sides for easier connections?

?

It’s a straight run from the crossover to the speaker.

The external crossover is a rectangular box. All inputs and outputs are on the same side of the rectangular box. Vivid external crossover is different. Speaker inputs are on one side and the cable connecting to the speaker are on the opposite side of speaker inputs.

Wouldn’t Vivid arrangement is more sensible?

No. This way, the engraving/terminals are all on one side and some of the crossovers we’ve sold have a nice wooden front/top to match the speaker so the terminals are hidden at the back, especially if the crossover sits between the speaker and the amp visible to the listener. But if you want yours a different way, I’m sure it can be arranged since everything is built in house.
