The band is Morglbl, from France and they do get to the states once in a while for Prog Fests. (not sure how they were put into that Genre) Check out some videos and the crazy Bass player who is inhuman.

Yeah, he's in various genre including Prog, like his rock/jazz/classical infuence. Does help that he's French
