What's it going in Chris?

Mark, I've been the muscle car restoration hobby for many many many years and we just picked up a barn find 67 425/435hp Vette that has been setting since 1975. We can't do a numbers matching car or it would be restored back to its original spec sheet. The original tranny was replaced and disposed of so our plan is to modify the car, to mirror a L88 for that year. . So we will add a new M22 4 speed, new motor, total frame off restoration, interior, paint, L88 spec rear end, suspension, brakes etc..

The car needs major work, but I got it for a good price which when completed, can bring me a considerable return on my investment.

Won't be until January but another Siltech Ruby Hill II power cord with at least the Furutech FI-50(R) and FI-50M(R) conenctors. I know Siltech has the new Furutech NCF versions in stock at the moment and are testing them out and if they pass muster and add them to their option list I'll get those installed rather than the standard 50 series.

That M22 Rock Crusher was a great transmission. I never could tear one up. My last car was a 2008 Z06. My old favorite was a late 1970 Z28 Camaro that I hot rodded a little.

How you enjoying your Tahoe LTZ ? ( One more... before we go back to Audio :) )

Paul.......I am loving the Tahoe LTZ. Lots of folks make comments on its good looks. It is comfortable, quiet, rides well on the magnetic shock suspension, plenty of power for me, all the cool electronic toys a person could ask for, and my last trip to Ceder Key for the Seafood Festival produced an average of 25.9 mpg. That's 10 mpg better than I ever got with my Ford F150 King Ranch 4x4. Color me a happy camper. After 11 months ownership I now have 6600 miles on it. No problems whatsoever.

That was a post Christmas present last January.

Just ordered my present to myself yesterday, 2.5m Siltech Ruby Hill II with new Furutech FI-50 NCF(R) and FI-50M NCF(R) connectors.
