That was pretty cool. I always liked the older Big Band 3 singers stuff like the Andrews Sisters and such. Back in the 70s-80s we had a local club band called "8 to the Bar" and they did all that music.

Great group of musicians - checked out the website Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox. Scott Bradlee (piano) must be using a large assortment of musicians to produce albums and worldwide tours. I will try to check this group out this fall in Ft. Lauderdale.

I hope Puddles the sad clown with the golden voice also features on tour!

Scott Bradlee has certainly brought back some timeless stylistic rhythms. If this tour goes gangbusters, then we may see a post modern jazz revival. I would love to see the back of 25 years of synthesised hip hop pop.

If I'm not mistaken, the singers microphones are expensive Telefunken tube microphones. Also everything is chorded and not wireless. It makes a positive musical difference.

I looked at the album offerings and unfortunately all seem to be .mp3 or at least CD or Hirez SQ. Too bad as I would certainly buy some albums.

I am getting a kick out of HD streaming the official 85 song YouTube package onto the main rig. I think this is the best way to enjoy PMJ at this time. This is how Scott Bradlee and PMJ came to be.

Smart guy this Scott Bradlee - his approach seems designed to attract the younger crowd. I may try your approach feeding the YouTube videos to my main A/V like you.
