Change of heart...You get a do-over!

Happy Chappy. If I did it over again, I'd consider Accuphase. Maybe.

I would love love to glimpse all of the different systems I own and enjoy in the other parallel universes. Some would be better, some would be same, some would be worse! Just like the many wives theory!
 
Well, while gear is not on my priorities list, but if I had the do-over and the money, I would change my amp in my main system. Since I now dwell in apartments, surround sound is history for the most part (at least as far as incorporating a sub-woofer goes). I’m also not much of a movie guy anyway, so it’s rarely “needed”, I just like to have something for the occasional encoded DVD of a concert or favorite movie or something, though I don’t always listen in surround mode, I like to experiment.
I’d go with an integrated 2 channel amp or maybe separate amp and pre or some kind of set up that would allow for the occasional 5.0 surround other than an AVR. I’d also change out my center speaker if I still had the 5.0 ability.
That’s about it.
