Guys,
To put some life in the forum (either my "refresh function" cheats or there's been little going on here recently), let me ask you about your favorite CDs to listen to, which give you a sensation of really experiencing the Awesomeness of your McIntosh gear.
One of my all time favorites (on all previous systems as well) is Nick Cave's "the boatman's call". I own a Japanese remastered pressing in which the sound is ultra tight, vocal line is rich and fluid and the instruments have clarity you can almost touch.
What's on your list?
Happy listening!
