My cable journey is just beginning. I have no power cables except what came with the equipment,
No power conditioner except an acoustic research power strip.
For my interconnects I'm using an aq sky with a separate ground wire.
Then I have a 1/2m granite silver ic. Which is a good cable but an awful size. Can't do anything with it!
I also have granite 10awg speaker cables. They are good for the money but not necessarily permanent.
I've been talking to Jeff (a/v solutions)about this and I think I have some ideas for the start
It will start with a furutech phonocable. And a furutech power cable for my new preamp.
Once I figure out what amps I'm going to buy. Then Ill have to get more power cables and then some sort of power conditioner .
Ill keep my journey updated as I go. Who knows where it will take me considering I change my mind about 3 times a day.

So do I...want to hear something funny ?
That outer wrap is expandable as your push together then tightens down as you pull apart. At one point I had a heck of a time running the wires all the way through the 10ft length - was compressing and had a finger in each end...Got stuck like Chinese handcuffs and I mean STUCK...not like a kids toy..I mean all the way up each finger...couldn't get any leverage to uncompress...
So I cut off my fingers and they make good insulation..LOL..KIDDING

Ok now let's talk about my friend Elrocco, i would say that my friend Claude his also a believer, the cables in his system are ALL Purist Audio Design top of the line total MRSP 38k yes that's $38,000.00 dollars, here is that system.
PS: Claude say's not to worry for him, he can afford them.
