Boulder 508 v 1108 SQ

Using a 508 with 1110/1160 combo and generally v happy. Cartridge is Clearaudio Titanium v2 MC. Just wondering if trading up to an 1108 will improve SQ. I'm clear that the 1108 is more flexible re cartridge settings etc. but - will the sound improve in terms of clarity, impact, all the usual things? Grateful for any responses/experiences/views.
