Yes nicoludio, that's how I understood it as well. Very interesting design approach, using such an extreme quality custom cut crystal with vanishingly low levels of phase noise and using it to maximize the quality of all inputs!

Besides their gorgeous sound it's really Charlie's innovation leadership and clear thinking I like in Ayre products: as soon as we have something we think is meaningful we provide an upgrade. Or on Roon: they're brilliant so, we form strategic alliances. Or on tubes: they're really great sounding, if you have the time (or know someone like Mike who can help [emoji3]).

I think you're not going out on a limb saying there's little you can do wrong with Ayre products.

I'd hazard a guess that that combo there will be as good as anything else digital in comparison.

@Mike - Did you finally find the hours to finish off the Vandy setup procedure? Looks like some of the Vicoustics gear has arrived too. Nice! I'm going to have to schedule that trip back to Venice soon!

I'm waiting until all the treatments are up (hopefully by COB Tuesday next week) to do it again. I did go through the process once, but I will reset everything and go again once the treatments are up. Come back any time! I still have your playlist on file.

It really performed well when I put it in the all Ayre system. 1+1+1 = 5 (more home schooling math for Kev to tease me about).

Uhuh uhuh, I saw what you did there, I also noticed the Soulution had greater value in score & price ....;)
