Aurender Conductor update V3, any problems ?

I didn't know about the upcoming updates, I opened the app Saturday and was prompted to pick color scheme, I'm like, this is odd. I settled on dark mode as well. Then I saw the Queue was different and then it clicked there must have been an update.

I found an issue but shouldn't affect most people. I use the iPad's Voice Over feature and some of the buttons on the app don't respond when using that feature. A friend of mine used the iPad without the Voice Over and Conductor worked fine.

Aurender support is now aware and promises a fix ASAP.

No issues with the new Aurender Conductor App update. I installed the update on both iPads and it works very well. Dark mode is very nice. No interest in the iPad Voice Over feature since my index finger works perfectly well. .

It’s ok.

Seeing artist name same as song name when streaming Quboz on display

Lost some downloaded music - reset iPad, found lost music

Pop ups colors should be toned down a bit

X = creates playing, clear all

Just noticed this morning that my Playlist feature is not functioning correctly. When I touch the Playlist tab the Conductor App closes. I have four Playlist that I created but I can't access them. Anyone else with this issue? I tried deleting the Conductor App and reloading it from the App Store with no luck. Touching the Playlist tab still closes Conductor.

I have one issue with it but I am not sure its related to the update (which otherwise was flawless). I have a song playing and then I want to add some new songs to the queue. I open a playlist because I want to queue the playlist but immediately it starts playing the first song in the playlist and stops playing the song that was already playing. Drives me crazy. Anyone else deal with this and have a remedy? THANKS!

I figured out what's going on. My iPad that I use for the Living Room system is an older (2012) iPad Gen3. It's operating system stopped being updated at 9.3.5, so there is some incompatibility between the Gen 3 iPad iOS and the new Aurender Conductor App. The iPad I use for the Studio system is an iPad Air 2 running iOS 12.4. The Aurender Conductor App runs perfectly on the iPad Air 2, including all playlists.

Just ordered another iPad Air 2 for the Living Room system. I'll have it on Thursday. It's time to put the Gen3 iPad out to pasture.

My index finger works fine as well. What Voice Over does is reads what is on the screen to me as my finger touches it. It's a text to speech feature.

It works, but......

When Albums is selected, if the sort mode is Artist, it used to sub-sort the Albums by release year. Now it sub-sorts by Album Title. I far prefer the old way.

Some of the buttons that used to be at the bottom of the playlist are now menu items under un-named menus. Even after learning where the function is, it is now a two selection process instead of one selection. How does making using the software more difficult to use, make it better. If the intention was just to give the appearance a cleaner look that is not an advantage to me.

If there are going to be new color themes, the old one should have been retained as a choice.

I am not opposed to change if it improves the experience but to make things more difficult just for changes sake is unproductive.
