I’ve been using an AT MC2022 for the past two years. It delivers a more direct and uncolored sound than my previous high-end Lyra and Clearaudio cartridges. I attribute that quality substantially to the unified stylus-cantilever. I’m glad AT will be offering a new cartridge with that stylus-cantilever this Fall when it will come time to replace my MC2022 for wear.
 
I used AT back in the 80/90's when I had a Pioneer PL-51> I used Shure, Ortofon and Stanton. Ortofon was my favorite. AT was my least favorite, only used one as described above it was less colored, too much so IMO. AT seems to have a good folowing.
 
Should be quite the cart. A-T is sure coming out with some really nice MC carts.
