Audio Rip off Blue Ray

Is it possible to just rip the bit perfect audio off of a dvd and/or blue ray disc? I have a few concerts and "unplugged" discs that I want on my music server. For two channel obviously. Thanks.

i think something like this can be done to the file in ableton or protools. ill check and let you know.
