I tell you what Mike, if I was looking to swap my integrated out I would be all over that. I would imagine with the new VSi75 out they might be had for a good price. Of course then there is the new VSi75... The new front panel design would go better with my DAC8.

So do you care to share some thought on what you or others had to say about the VSi60?

This is a great looking tube integrated amp. I would imagine the 75 feels like it has much more power. This amp and a pair of relatively efficient speakers and a source and you're in audio heaven!

The VSi75 has a pair of KT120's and is rated at 75 wpc. This amp, a pair of Devore Orangutan speakers and a nice digital front end could definitely be my system down the road.

Hi guy's a friend of mine use to own an Audio Research VSI-60 another friend went to his place to compare his amplifier the same day the Audio Research was for sale on CAM and he bought the other little amp i say little because it was only 30 watts per channel compared to the AR 60 watts per channel and that little amp was the Leben CS-600.

The VSi75 is a great looking tube integrated. The Devores as well as the Harbeth 30.1s should sound great with this amp.

I posted that response back in April and now I see how fickle we audiophiles are because I would go a in a totally different direction from this amp today. It still is a beauty though.
