Audio Extraction

I am having a real difficult time getting audio from mt television to my powered studio monitors. I have bought a stand alone audio extracter and also a splitter/audio extracter. I have an eArc and 3 other HDMI outputs on my Samsumg tv. There is no other audio outputs on the tv. I can't seem to get audio to the studio monitors no matter how I output from the tv to any HDMI connection. Can anyone dffer any help?

TOSLink? I use TOSLink from my Samsung TV fed to my DAC.

He is extracting Stereo from the HDMI, and using RCA into his powered speakers?

Extracted audio has been terribly time disjointed from the video in my experience.

I have an HDMI cable from the TV to an audio extractor and then connected to the speakers but I still get no audio through the powered studio monitors.

In your TV, you need to select HDMI output in the settings.
