Apple iCloud and Apple Pay systems presently down

Just posting a note for the gang:

Was wondering why I couldn't acccess my Apple iCloud email service, e.g. Mail, etc. this morning. Those of you using these services may able be unable to access them.

As of approx 11:56 AM PST, turns out that these Apple iCloud Services, e.g. iCloud Website, iCloud Mail, Apple Pay, etc. are currently down.

Update: Apple's resolved their iCloud access problems and things appear to be up and running again.
