I have a 2014 Buick LaCrosse with the ability to playback MP3s via USB Stick. I have a 64GB stick I am using with about 4000 tracks right now but separated in folders by Artist then Album.

I regularly just use the Shuffle feature but for some reason it does not seem to rotate thru all folders. For artists that I have a full discography, it will constantly find and play those before finding other tracks from single albums.
Has anyone experimented with setting up the USB stick in different ways so Shuffle actually finds and plays everything?
I was thinking to move all albums to be under a single Music Folder as opposed to sub-folders for each artist.
Any thoughts or suggestions from your use of USB Playback in the car?
