I'm afraid I can't be of much help there. Those devices are home-made, it's not a registered company. There are 3 categories: standard, reference, ultimate. They are very expensive. Between 100 and 200 units has been built, some of them for industrial purposes, most for audiphiles. I saw 3 published articles about performed tests, one ridiculed the device, the other two were very favorable. I heard of few persons who own top audio eqipment. One of them tried standard model of this device and was unimpressed and dissapointed. Others tried referent model and said that they could change all their equipment, but that they would never part from this conditioner. It is very heavy and very complex inside (I once had a glimpse of its inside), and it cannot be opened - since inside the box it's filled with epoxy resin. Its inventor keeps all the details a secret. He tried to sell patent to Philips, but they offered him 10 times less money than he desired, so the negitiatons stopped. That was almost 15 years ago. Since then, the inventor became very ill, so he stopped making them. The last device he made took him 2 years to complete, cause most of the time he can't get out of the bed. That last unit is referent model, finished in 2013, and he gave it to me. But my current equipment is very cheap and I think inadequate for testing such device, it's intended for use with top high-end gear. Plus I don't have much experience and much knowledge about technical side, but I do learn faster and faster what is good sound and what is not.
