Any golfers out there?

What a great US Open

I'm probably more on the other end of the spectrum on the tournament this year.

- Didn't like the course. It wasn't difficult, except for the greens. All that "scrub" didn't give them much trouble. Most times I come away with the feeling "gee, I wish I could play that once or twice" and this time I said to myself "meh".

- I had no feeling for the golfers in the lead. Kaymer is one stoic dude. Nobody challenged him at all. There was just very little excitement this year. And it wasn't like he was pulling off incredible shots. It's just that his ball stayed on the greens instead of rolling off.

Did you see that only-one on that par 3!

Minus 9, all alone, and from a young dude. :) ...Congrats!

* That golf course is too dry, looks like they are saving water. ...Water is life, water is the most precious natural resource in the whole world, and here we are taking it for granted.

I'm looking forward to playing the course in Sept when I'm up there. I played it back when they had rough and it was tough keeping the ball on the green so this time no rough but "stuff" is what my friend called it.
