We have a pup and that is my worst nightmare. :exciting::trouble:
 
I recognize those speaker cables. :D I have a houseful of animals, but none are allowed into my listening room. My HT system which is in the main part of the house does get a work out by the cats. One of my cats puked into my cable box and blew it up. The cats have shredded the grill cloth on both main speakers. The cats also love to chew on cables. So this is why I'm glad my stereo system is in another part of the house and not accessible to my critters.
 
Mine are well trained. Other than the time one threw up on the phono section. But I learned and cover things now. :)
 
My little Sophie always joins me on the sofa when listening to the stereo (she especially likes classical music). No matter what she's doing, she always runs and jumps up next to me for our listening session. She has patience enough to remain as I turn over the LP's, but for any longer stay, she's gone.. off on her own adventures.
 
Very cute! My dogs seem to stay away from my audio stuff. I have a African Grey parrot who loves to hang out on my right speaker.
