Another new digital format?

Their website design needs some work and takes a bit of effort to navigate, but they do have some free samples of converted files to audition. It does seem that they are taking a unique approach to digitally processing the signal but I haven't seen this site or the quality of their conversions discussed anywhere. So far they're apparently flying under the radar...
