And you thought your room was small

Most probably this photo comes from a shop space - https://www.flickr.com/photos/ippinkan - possibly a small zone in a large space that has been separated using acoustic panels. There is some kind of acoustic treatment in the corners and the two central panels are the very expensive RPG abffusors - the best absorption panel I have ever seen. Putting your head in a long box made with five of those panels can be a nausea inducing experience - I tried it!

After these introductory words, I just want to say that perhaps this system sounds good, irrespective of what we can expect!
 
Actually the room isn't that small. It's the giant speakers that makes the illusion.
Replace them with a pair of mini (eg ELAC 310 with port blocked) and such room will still deliver listening pleasure (with eyes closed).
