Come on Myles you can do better than that first one. It looks like it belongs in a '70 room with shag carpets.

Now this is eye candy.

Give me a chance, just getting warmed up! Those were just some pics had on my ipad.

Beautiful setups Mike! What kind of lighting-wands are those you're using?

it's the I-Tower high power LED floor lamp.

i-Tower High Power LED Floor Lamp in Warm Light Silver - Koncept Floor Lamp - Amazon.com

you can get it in 'warm' or 'cool' light, and black or silver paint. I discovered it about 6 years ago and lots of people have bought them since then. they are tall, and around tt's they have little mass and yet are bright and don't use much power. and the LED's last 30,000 hours. on carpets I use a 10 pound weight from a barbell to stabilize the base. they are well made and I've had zero issues with them. they are not cheap, but do work well.

i always loved the aesthetic of the goldmund reference, i'm sure its been superseded by more than a few 'tables. i once had a hard-on for one like a 13 yr old does for a countach (ok i'm dating myself, but who could forget those posters)
