Advice with Air Tight amps

Hello all ,
Would appreciate help with dilemma - debating between Air Tight ATM2 and ATM 300 - different animals , I know . Came across Sasha's 1 - would ATM 2 drive them ?

Great , thank you Mike...if you ought to pick ATM 300 what would be "affordable" speaker to match it with ?

You're preaching to the converted.

I'm an Avantgarde dealer and I have Avantgarde Duo Mezzo XD's myself. I ran the ATM 300 on them for a few weeks in a demo. Great amp, my only problem was, at the time, my uber expensive Siltech speaker cables wouldn't reach the stereo amp, so I had to use a modest performing cable.

Currency exchange in Canada is brutal , Uno XD would be the smallest unit?
 
Good man , thank you for kindly offering time and advice ...actually spoke to Jody once started inquiring about the Air Tight's ...he had used Uno , I think , 6 or 7 years old - I'm not sure how well they are built i.e.. longevity wise?
Btw what are your thoughts on ATM 1s? I'm debating which one to get between ATM 1s , ATM 2 and ATM 300

Mike and I've been known each other for a while. He's great !! He's been in to my room few times and spent great time together and he's a straight forward guy and fund to talk with.... he's absolutely in to music. True music lover and audiophile.

I love the Airtight product and I'm getting the Airtight product from Mike.

To find the right amp we need to know what speakers you will have and what size of the room.

ATM2 was great I truly think it's one of best KT88 amp out there also The ATM1s is another excellent product. You can't go wrong either one but again what speakers you gonna pair them with ?

My two cents: do NOT buy anything but the new XD version. It's much much much improved over previous generations - especially two generations ago (6-7 years).

Go ATM 300 and don't look back. That's what your heart is telling you.
 
That is awesome , spea:Dking to Godfathers upon joining , AWESOME ...thank you gents...I can get old pricing for Air Tight's honoured but have to decide by next week
 
See , that's the thing , doing it backwards ...starting with AT ...listen to jazz mostly , love sound of old Guarneri Homage ...my gut was leaning towards ATM 300 , speakers voice is limited ( up to $15000 Canadian )

Talk to Mark Jones at Audio by Mark Jones in Whitby. He has some Tannoy's he took on trade which are MINT. I think they are Westministers.
 
I love the ATM300 but downside is your choice on speakers will be very limited.
