Hi Mark - here's hoping you turn a new leaf with your second chance you've been given. Wasting that gift is a shame.

I and others tried engaging you over the years and I learned a long time ago how you operate. Nothing from you is a simple question. You operate with an ulterior motive in everything you do.

It started with you when I posted my very first video years ago. It was posted 5 minutes and you started with your crazy attacks saying I had no right to use the word "honest" in my review. You were my first taste of the arrogant and elite hifi-has-beens.

It's ok. I have no ill will towards you. I used to be bothered by you, now I have nothing but sympathy and prayers for you trying to hang on to relevance in a changing hifi world like you are.

I do wish you the best Mark.

ETA: The 2026 Positivity hiFi Tour has room for everyone. I extend an olive branch and welcome you and anyone else on it. Continuing your old ways simply won't work with me as it has in the past.

I'm tired of you insinuating that you know my medical history and I'm such a terrible person that I should have turned over a new leaf. Since you are dying to tell everyone what I went through, go ahead and post it here right now.

If anyone has any doubts about your character and the kind of person you truly are, those doubts will be removed. Besides, it will also let me know who told you information that was never intended for someone who is such a lowlife and would come on AS and try to use that info against me. But, that's who you are. I have zero need for your fake sympathy or fake prayers.

Ok, I have read much of this thread (well as much as I can stomach). When I see it turning to personal insults, as it does far too often. To even try to refer to another member's health issues, weather true or not, has crossed a line. That is when I personally say enough is enough.

For the record I do not own a Taiko, although I have heard nothing but good things about them (even with some of the negative stuff that some members keep throwing around in this thread). I have a custom-built server that works great for me, and I truly believe the Taiko would be better, but I also believe that with my modest system I would probably not hear much difference.

Join what? Where does your tour start and stop? Why don't you explain how 2026 is going to be a transformative year in high-end audio? Who said 2026 is going to be a transformative year in high-end audio besides you?

How can your tour be a "positivity" tour when all we see you doing is trying to tear down companies and other audiophiles? Can you say Taiko? You are on a scorched earth high-end audio tour.

Well, I think it's safe to say you've made clear which side you are on.

I could sit here and ask how can I forgive you for you being a complete ass starting 5 minutes after my first post years ago.

But I'm not.

I could also say It's rich coming from you - the person who has known no bounds attacking people for years on this forum to suddenly claim there are boundaries and ways to behave.

But I won't as that just fulfills the need of the vocal few on this forum who revel in anger and animosity.

At some point in all our lives we need to wake up to the mistakes we've made and turn a new leaf. I'll be here ready to embrace you when you do.

I genuinely hope you will be able to find some peace and happiness in your life Mark. Being so unhappy and wrapped up in all this - as I was caught up in it myself - is just a miserable way to live.
