Many concerns have been raised about a small time uber expensive music server company lately and the just-recently admitted 2 year wait. Of course many had to pay tens of thousands of dollars for product up front they've yet to see with orders placed as far back as January 2024 STILL having no product or ETA. And they are not allowed to get their money back (numerous have been trying with no success).

We've had customers go public with serious concerns and stories. The stories were publicly denied and the fan boi's (paid shills?) attacked anyone not drinking the kool aid as "liars" and demanded they be "banned for life"..

Then to the shock of all the fan boi's, screen shots were provided showing the customer affected by the fire (the company had previously stated never happened) stating in his own first person account. Hours later the thread was mysteriously deleted on that forum where that company is a huge financial sponsor. People were warned if they tried to bring the topic back up they would be banned from that forum. Hmmmmm.........

Now we have the story of Pancheko music servers. Another small time music server company where you had to pay up front and wait and wait and wait with delay after delay and no eta given. People are now filing suit against them to try and get their money back as they claim the company ran off with their money.

I ask - would those raising concerns prior to them going defunct also have their threads deleted even though Panchecko was not a huge sponsor of that forum?

Lots of innuendo in your post, why not just name names? I'm not intersed in doing detective work, its Sunday.
My post is just an honest question.

It's been a major topic that is being talked about all over the place. Not sure how anyone could have missed it.

Trying to have an honest question asked without triggering the paid and compensated shills.

you could start doing so and give a name who you are talking about.
We are here NOT in another forum with sponsors.

??tens of thousends upfront for a server and many have joined??
Taiko. I'm not mentioning the other forum as most forums have a rule you can't talk about other forms and I just assume it's the same here.

This is the screenshot shared countering the claims on the forum that then the thread was deleted a short time later.

hmm, i am shocked but i thought the story was that people paid multiple 10k in january 24 and still havnt recived their servers although it was promised.
Is this the case with Taiko?
On their website they say 12 weekd delivery time

Emile stated on the thread before it was deleted orders are 50-100 weeks deliver time. I also know of a confirmed customer who ordered in December of 2023 who has yet to receive his unit.

I just checked the screen shot I have - I stand corrected. He did not state 50-100 weeks. He in fact stated 65-100 weeks wait time.

so do we talk about the extreme server or the olympus server?
I do not see the olympus on their website.

In case of the olympus, well i have no clue, but if on order emilie is saying it takes 2 years and then it does 2 years.....what is the problem?

I'm sorry if the previous posts were not clear enough in outlining it.

please help me a little as i dont understand it perfectly but like to and for you it is bright and clear.
And no, it didnt outline whether it is the Extreme or the Olympus and that makes a difference as one is on their website and again, promises 12 weeks.
The other one could be sold however, kickstarter-style for exemple.
So as long as we dont know the model, respectively with what kind of promises it was sold, we can not declare if there is a problem or not.

Straightforward answers to recent questions

A recent claim of a fire was simply a misunderstanding. What was misread as “burning” was a QC burn-in failure. We also do not wait weeks on warranty claims. Any component failure is replaced immediately from our own stock and the unit resubmitted for burn-in.

Lead times were disclosed at purchase, but initial estimates quickly became outdated as demand far exceeded capacity. Every order has a queue number and receives bi-monthly e-mail updates with an estimated completion date. We are about 75% through the backlog and expect to return to normal lead times by year-end. We have no problem with cancellations, though orders placed through dealers must be cancelled directly with them. The Olympus is not listed on our website because it sold out within days of announcement.

We do not control forum moderation and we condemn any abusive behavior. Our focus remains on building and delivering servers. Customers can always contact their dealer or our support with their order number for assistance.

Hi Taiko - so is the customer who put the issue in writing and signed his name to it not telling the truth? Do you disagree with WBF deleting the thread and banning members who talked about it to seemingly squash discussion where the issues were raised? Thank you.
