Common sense for me would be to following each own budget. Comparison makes unhappy. If there's room for cables that are upper market why not? You'd pay the price that you think it's worth it. As long as it's not a placebo effect and true quality upgrade. For myself I find it more interesting that the connection is strong and does not wobble, as bigger cables need to be aimed exactly right as when they move they can more easily slip out of the connector than a lighter cable.
