Ritmo,Fantastic commitment D! I’m also keeping my 5-6 day a week exercise commitment - since 2013.
As I’m getting older I’m seeing first hand how my peak performance is not what it was 2 years ago. But, that’s ok as we really need to embrace the fact that we are getting older.
Lastly, I’m lucky that I still have good hearing and I take care of my ears.
I bow to you. 13 years is fantastic commitment.
I accept the challenge.
I hear you on slowing down. I am not a puppy either. One secret to my success is "nothing epic". Something my body can tolerate and my brain won't rebel against and discourage me from starting. No 3-hour intense workouts like when I was in karate. But I still remember the lesson learned there. My brain does not know my body's limits.
Just like real sharks, Audiosharks have to keep moving to stay alive.
