50 Greatest Bargains in High-End Audio

Well my Dragonfly Red that I barely ever use, my Venom power cables and my speakers made the list. Not bad I suppose.
 
The Magnepan 20.7 speakers. Certainly not the cheapest but one of the best values.

These lists are entertaining. There some no brainers, some surprises and some that are missing. Never, ever, these lists please everyone.
 
I look at "Greatest Bargains" in a different light.
What's the total cost of ownership?
Since we all seem to buy and sell a lot of stuff, which items and brands hold up the best when you go to sell them?
Those to me are the real bargains.
 
Guess I was exposed as a cheapie, or at least a bargain hunter, as the Magico S3 mk2 made the Ultra High-End list.

Someone will be beside himself with self doubt that the S5 mk2 is not on this list :panic:
 
IMHO, the Audio Research Ref75 amp should be on the list. (Yes, I am personally biased.)
 
ha , they have the sabrina`s there but 18k now and in the UK that would buy a very recent audi Q2 so hardly a bargain !!
