It's a sweet sounding drive and the thrill is there. I've never owned a Jag and I'm not sure if I would be making the smart choice here... The F-Type R Coupe would be my play if nothing got in the way...

The Aston would probably hold better longer term.

in any event, these beauties are much cheaper to drive away for you guys in the USA.

When I took the F-Type R convertible for a test, the stud on my jeans ripped the leather getting out. I'm not that blown by the interior finish which was also a bit plastic-ey.

The wife and I actually the wife had a 67 Jaguar XKE Roadster in our collection and we sank so much money into that car during restoration, we bought the car of course used to restore since we both always loved the looks of the Roadster. But after 2 years of restoration, the amount of rust the car had, engine and a total suspension rebuild we finally completed the car and promptly sold it a year later at auction in Amelia Island. But it sure looked awesome and turned heads. The new F Type convertible is flat out gorgeous.

I might stick to the Jag F, R type for 110K, if Value is considered.
Very similar lines.

If not a money issue, I would buy this to sit next to my Jag in the stable.

Buy a used Aston...nothing wrong with them...just broken in. Save thousands.
