It all depends on the size of your listening room. But, generally speaking, yes, to moderate levels I'm sure.

I'm biased. It will be ok to listen but I don't think 22 Watt make them sing at 86db speakers. ( the power amp has to be in control in order to sing the speakers but in this case will not )

Seems I should be ok since I rarely listen louder than 75db and my listening room is smaller than 150sq ft. Looks like I will be trying to find me a Line Magnetic dealer in SoCal soon!

+1

I agree but I have to tell you that my Job 225 on my Evos is SUPERB! It's a perfect counterbalance to the Evos. Don't knock it until you try it.

125 W VS 22W. Joe, Also the Goldmund is in their blood so no wonder it sounds good ;)

Tboooe - I thoroughly enjoyed that review. I hope you get one. Seems like a great pairing. Just keep some money aside for upgrading those tubes! :). I could see myself with one of these integrated amps. Joe too! :)

As a side, I like the credit and respect he gives CARY. They might not be the flavor of the month right now, but they build great stuff. My 211's and SLP-05 are as good as any tube amp/preamp combo I have ever owned - maybe better.

Keep us posted. Good luck!

Yup, trying to find a local dealer that will let me audition one. I will post back with my thoughts.

If you are looking for a Line Magnetic dealer in So Cal, check out Pitch Perfect Audio in LA. The owner, Matt Rotunda, is terrific.

Thank you Anshul. Hopefully I can find a dealer closer to Orange County though going to LA LA land wouldn't be too bad. I am waiting to hear back from the distributor about dealers in my area.

If the distributor you speak of is Jonathan at Tone Imports I'm assuming he will tell you the closest dealer is Pitch Perfect.

Just another anecdote to add to the mix. I have an Audio Space Int that I've been evaluating for the past couple of weeks. I tried it on a friends setup, Wilson Maxx 3's. It TOTALLY embarassed a very highly regarded SS setup (starts with B, :-)) in a decent size room. My Audio Space is 21 wpc, but no issues with bass or overall volume except at triple F levels. I think if there is interest in these high quality low wattage amps, you need to try them for yourself in your setup. You may be surprised at what they can do.

Line Magnetic and Audio Space are direct competitors, similar build quality and pricing. I haven't heard the LM to compare but hear it's equally excellent. If there is interest, I may take a swing at writing a review of the Audio Space for the site??

It makes me all warm and fuzzy inside when I hear stuff like this. :D I would love to hear your thoughts about the Audio Space amp.

Damn...no luck with an in home demo. Going to keep trying to work something out with the dealer though. I guess I could always bring my speakers to the dealers....yeah right! Unpacking and setting the Evolutions up almost gave me a hernia.
