2026 FL Audio Show

I have not seen this posted in this thread yet. A well deserved tribute to Florian, Mike, and crew for the Clarisys and Pass Labs room. Very well done.

Indeed it was a great system and presentation. Perplexing that the writer of the article missed a few key elements of the system - Digital Server was PinkFaun, DAC was MSB Cascade and Cabling was Signal Project.

Great write up / review by Enjoy the Music! They nailed it.
Congrats to Mike, Florian & the team.
I experience the same results everyday with the Clarisys Arias' in my system.

For me personally, Michael Fremer has been an incredibly supportive person. He’s a real gem in the industry. For people who don’t REALLY know him, you are missing out. He’s a real trooper.

That's great that as an industry person he didn't act as childish as some of the other legacy media regarding the show and talking about what we all know to be true. Certainly respect to him for that.

I bet more people will watch that one video from Fremer than will open a Stereophile mag all year.

It's too bad - they have an inherent competitive advantage if they leveraged their names in a real concerted online endeavor. But they are too stuck in the past and their ego's too large.

They are too concerned about having someone buy them their $600 bottle of wines and champagne (we all know who HE is) and then poof! suddenly they get the award handed to them at that same dinner (from an actual post they posted recently).

If they cared to change, they could turn around their sinking ships in only 6 months. But they are too worried about revenge for those who speak the truth. Think about the irony - they claim they are still kings yet they melt down when Jay and Elliot talk the truth on video. And most people would have simply embraced the conversation with Jay and Elliot and Mike and they could have turned it around and made themselves look good.

But they didn't, they can't, they won't.

I'm afraid their irrelevance is already here - they seem to be the only ones who don't know this.

Whew, made the cut ...and my TT wasn't working at that point

Thanks Michael, good seeing you, hope you had a fun show.
AJ,

Your speakers continue to get great reviews, but can you help me a bit?

I don't see the monitors in the video that Mike linked to above anywhere on the website, and the same iS true for those beautiful tall towers that I've seen in other recent videos / show reports.

Is the monitor a newer iteration of the MMW shown on the website? And what exactly is that tower?

Thank you.

Hi JCS,
Sorry, my website is there mainly to show a tiny fraction of what I do and it lags significantly because I stay so busy with orders, I'm afread updating it might sink me! ;-).
I work full time, Soundfield is my side job, in 2-3yrs when I retire, everything will be updated.
The MiniMon's are not MMWs, they are a passive 2 way, planar tweeter and a hybrid woofer/sub w dual passive radiators that extends the bottom to 30Hz -6db.
Big ones are the Titans
I had to make a demo version in 2 pcs to fit in elevators. Normally a single pc.
cheers

Thanks for the quick reply, AJ! Those are both impressive speakers, and if the Titans are still in the ballpark of $22k, they look like a real steal. With twelve 12" woofers, they must dig very deep!

Thanks. The 12x12 per side go 23hz deep, but more importantly, being cardioid and 6ft + tall, drive the room modes more evenly than typical. Result is clean bass quality, to go with quantity. The 24 12s are barely moving at room shaking levels.
