Been thinking about a new vehicle for 2018. The new Lexus LC500 has captured my attention.

Dan,

The commercials where they show it in red drive me crazy, no pun intended. It's a beautiful car for sure.

I was in the Hybrid over the weekend. Pretty sweet. Sure is comfy.

I want to see the V8 before I pull the trigger.

I have yet to test drive the Lexus LC500. I am not interested in the hybrid. I have done a dealer search of Florida and there are not many 2018 LC500's around yet. I am particularly fond of the Liquid Platinum exterior with carbon fiber roof and the Toasted Caramel interior.

Jim.......This is the first Lexus that I think the grill works to compliment the vehicles other lines. Lexus took the hump in the hood out so it flows directly into the grill, while at the same time reducing the height of the top of the grill. I have not been a fan of the Lexus grill until this model. This look has grown on me.

The exterior is hideous. Too much going on and looks like three different cars smooshed together. The interior isn't too bad though, except for those stalks sticking out of the gauge cluster hood.

I'm not interested in the hybrid either, but my dealer didn't have the other to drive, so I took the hybrid out for a quick spin.

I wouldn't say it's a track car like a 911 or Corvette can be, more of a touring fun car.

Probably a better car, and definitely a LOT better looking, inside and out! Lexus screwed the pooch when they designed that LC500. They must have been drunk.

Charles.......Everyone has their opinion. Thanks for sharing your insightful view point here. I think the new Lexus LC500 looks extremely attractive and fresh. It is considerably more attractive to me than the jellybean shaped little speedsters from Nissan, but of course that's just my opinion. We all have one.
