The show, as Paul Messendger have put it - was a pure madness this year: 173 rooms, 50+ booths and only 3 days to visit it all.
Please do come next year. Warsaw is wonderful plus quoting soundstage 'food and lodging costs in Warsaw are inexpensive - about half of what you’d pay in the United States in a big city for comparable quality (and about one-fifth of what you’d pay in Las Vegas during CES)'.
'Insofar as hi-fi shows around the world go, Audio Video Show is one of the events not to be missed.'

Congrats Adam,
I was also told by someone who has been to this show several times now , thats it's a must do and you have been doing this for along time and do an excellent job at it ...!
Its now added to my Bucket list , i will have to hop from Portugal thou with family in tow ...

I was there for a soccer game a year ago (Poland - Denmark, lost) and lowed the city, friendly and welcoming. This year I am going to the Audio show and look forward to it immensely.
Anyone else?

We - As usual ;-) This year Golden Tulip Hotel starts on Saturday morning, not on Friday like National Stadium and Sobieski Hotel.
The show will be even bigger this year ... unbeliveable.
Just please remember, that the part of the show in the Golden Tulip hotel (8 rooms out of 174) starts on Saturday morning, not on Friday like the rest of the show. So you are visiting on Friday, spend that day at the Stadium and Radisson Sobieski hotel and visit Golden Tulip on Saturday or Sunday.

Just got back from 2 days at the Warsaw Audioshow, and what delighful 2 days it was. Lots of great systems, big and small, and good sounding rooms as well. The Polish people clearly saw the event as a family day out and brought the kids, even in trolleys! Could this be more friendly? Highly recommended, I am certainly going back.
