For Esoteric models, please check whether you have a corresponding base unit I/F firmware upgrade that should be installed, in addition to the network upgrade. I'm asking Esoteric about this.

You will be able to use Qobuz app (instead of Lumin app) to play Qobuz to Lumin hardware. So you get the Qobuz app UI, which may be easier to use, and its features that are otherwise not offered by Lumin app, e.g. Autoplay.

This is not a glitch.

You need to wait for Qobuz to release this feature in Qobuz app, probably version 9. Qobuz app Version 8.6.x does not support Qobuz Connect.

In Lumin app, please set "Check for Firmware Updates" to No, then Yes. See if it prompts for firmware 19.0

If there are music files that you don't have another copy of, you may try connecting the L2 via USB to a computer to back them up. If necessary, take out the drives and use a computer to delete the partition(s) inside. Please format the hard drives from scratch...

Your preamp has an output level setting at the back, in addition to the regular volume setting. Have you tried adjusting it?

It is much more common to have too much gain from a tube preamp instead of too little. What is your DAC, preamp, and amp?
