After Quad 405-2, Krell KSA 100, Mark Levinson 20.5, Cello Performance 2, Fourier Panthere (OTL) I finally settled with Viola Forte mono's. I think I have spent way too much and big is not beautifull. The Viola's are incredible! So sad that the company has ceased to exist.

After Quad ESL 63, Apogee Duetta, Avalon Radian I settled with Avalon Ascent2. In 1990 these speakers were awesome, they still are. Thank you Mr Hansen!

I wonder what progress has been made by Ansuz as they switched from Aluminium to other metals like Titanium but since the Darkz D-TC is not made from aluminum I wonder why it has been replaced.

2 years ago I bought an Ansuz Mainz D-TC. The sonic gains were extremely positive. As if I had bought a new ultra high resolution system. My old Platine Verdier/Cello/Viola/Avalon set sounded like new! Dynamics and resolution have improved beyond expectations.

Nobody has been able to make a direct comparison? Last week I have bought the Stack record stabilizer (Serene Stabilisator). Even with a (Boston) graphite record mat the difference was very nice and compared to the $ 6,000 record stabilizer from Ansuz a gift. I must admit that I have not...

How do they compare to Ansuz Darkz? I have D-TC under my speakers, Ansuz Mainz8 and pre amp (where the impact was quite significant) but I am contemplating Auva's for my mono amps. and CD player due to cost considerations.

Fantastic set. I still use a Cello preamp, which is a perfect match with the Viola's. I hope they will perform that way for the forseeable future.

I was pleased to read that in 2023 the company was still alive. I am upgrading my Cello and Viola with Ansuz Sortz. The results are breathtaking. The Fortes/ Avalon Ascents displayed a huge stage, increased dynamics and way more bass. I had to dial down the output level with 2db. Highly recommended
