    EJK, Yes, The Lumin player is currently Firmware 21.1 But the Lumin app that is used to play the songs on the Lumin player is 9.1.3. 2 different things. I know I originally got confused too. ozzy

    jayvis, It should not be a downgrade. The Lumin app 9.1.3 seems to be the latest. EJK, I don't understand why it didn't work for you. Perhaps try to delete the present app and then download 9.1.3 On page 3 of this thread is a link for 7.1.7 download. BTW, I did a search to find the Lumin 9.1.3...

    wklie, I was unable to locate the Lumin app 9.1.3. 1. I just tried the Lumin app 8.0.3 and still freezes up on the 8th song as before. It takes about a 1/2 hour for each trial so next I will try the 8.0.2 app. 2. Just tried 8.0.2 app still freezing up. 3. 7.2.0 up next. Nope! Still freezing...

    The only common denominator is the Lumin X1. Can my unit be of an older version/model that cannot accept the newest firmware? ozzy

    I just tried the Hard Reset method by placing a pin in the back of the Lumin pin hole for reset. I had high hopes that this would allow the Lumin App 9.1.2 and the Samsung-Lumin player to sync. But Nope! Still freezes up on the 8th song. Somebody, Please Help! ozzy

    EJK, I am using Quboz. I think that is the problem, once Lumin added the Quboz connect feature it seems the problem started. I am sure there are many others with the Lumin and the Lumin newer apps not responding properly. Many are not on this forum and are just suffering with the never ending...
