Finally got my NHT 2.9's out of mothballs and running again in the new house.

Just kind of set up the second system this past weekend. Nothing is connected yet but will be shortly. It'll be interesting to hear how the 901 Series Vs are going to sound in this large, open space. And as before, I will not be using the stock Bose EQ, but the dbx DriveRack Venu360 instead.

Thanks guys! That sure is an HTS-5000. It still works, sounds and looks good, so why not keep using it for now. I'll upgrade to something better eventually, but this works for now. I've had it since new! Darn thing is something like 25 years old now!

Thank you sir! It's pretty good but things tend to be a touch biased to the right since that's the only "corner" in the room. The left side is totally open. Maybe just putting a couple of my GIK panels in that corner may even things out some. I'm going to have to do some tuning with the subs...

Well, just moved into the new house this past Saturday and set up the system. With this huge open space, the subs can really open up and breathe. Even at very low volumes, the bass digs extremely deep at the listening position. And to top it off, I’m getting really good imaging and sound...
