    Apod thread size

Stud adapters should be readily available in stock at any fastener retailer, or by special order from any hardware store.

    Apod thread size

Yeah, the threaded part is removeable. The whole thing breaks down into constituent parts with the stud and base being different parts.

    Apod thread size

What I'm suggesting is buying Apod now is no impediment to fitting them to whatever speaker you might own in the future. When I ordered Spods the dealer had to tell Magico the serial number of my speakers in order to get the correct size (because they changed the thread size at some point during...

    MSB Sentinel

They were representing some nice gear. MSB, Marten and YG speakers, all on demo in the show room. But as a non-Asian and possibly obvious tourist might be why they wouldn't give me the time of day let alone turn some stuff on.

    MSB Sentinel

No. They had no other customers in the store. The salesman was just sitting there looking bored. It would have been no effort to turn it on and press play. In Australia no store would have a DAC like this on display in a show room.

    Apod thread size

It doesn't really matter what the thread size is, you can always use a stud adapter to get from the size you have to the size you want. They are cheap.

    MSB Sentinel

I had a quick look in the Adelphi in Singapore today. The MSB dealer has Cascade on display. They have already sold three Sentinel's. But they had absolutely no interest in demo'ing the Cascade for me, I guess I didn't look rich enough.

Esoteric announce Grandioso N1T network transport

Last month Grandioso N1T was awarded the top honors at the Japan Audio Excellence Awards 2026 with the High-End Class Grand Prize. Grandioso N1 got the Gold prize. N1T is the best digital source I have yet heard.

A few hours with the M7's

The Esoteric sounds better than the Wadax but if you want SACD and network audio it's going to be an extra box and more expensive however you dice it. So yeah, the Wadax has a lot going for it as a single box at its price point.

    *NEW* Esoteric N-05XD

No. The best sound quality comes from having your content stored on SSD and plugged into the USB port on the back of the N05XD.

A few hours with the M7's

    N1T does not have a control/web interface.

A few hours with the M7's

    1. It works flawlessly. 2. Streaming sounds as good as my Grandioso CD/SACD transport. 3. Playback from SSD sounds better than my Grandioso CD/SACD transport. When I had it playing on the M7's everybody in the room was blown away by how good it sounded, especially when the LAN port was connected...

A few hours with the M7's

Nothing touches the Esoteric Grandioso N1T playing content from an attached SSD as a digital source....I haven't touched my Grandioso CD/SACD transport since the N1T landed in my YG rack. If you have an Esoteric digital source then putting it in the whole Esoteric ecosystem really leverages...
