Wow Mike! What else can I say?

You’re setting benchmarks, and definitely moving the goal posts.

Mike,

That is a beautiful system and room! I wish I were closer. I have heard MBL at an audio show and was impressed. It's definitely a top tier system.

Very nice event today Mike! The Extremes are the real thing! Played rock, jazz, country and classical - all fantastic!

I’m including a few pictures.

Amazing evening!! thanks for sharing. if your guests were short for words or left speechless, i not surprised. The Xtremes are among the very best regardless of cost. If i were looking at the Wilson Wamm Master Chronosonic id be remiss if I didn't audition the Xtremes. I've heard them both!

Thank you guys for sharing.
Last weekend we have had the opportunity to experience almost the same setup during AVS in Warsaw

Thank you guys for sharing.
Last weekend we have had the opportunity to experience almost the same setup during AVS in Warsaw

A few of the written comments I’ve received this morning regarding yesterday’s event:

“Horn Dynamics, Quad Electrostatic type mid-range, no strain whatsoever on the presentation. Never gets in your face with aggression or brings attention to itself. Very specific imaging, but also extreme wide presentation. All you do is think about the music. -What's not to like. If there is ever such a thing as a perfect music producing machine, that would be it.” - John C.

“Michael and the folks from MBL did an amazing job at demonstrating these superb speakers and matching electronics. I am grateful for having the opportunity to audition such impressive gear and mingle with like-minded folks. To move around seating positions well off the sweet spot and still hear some pretty amazing sound staging was indeed a thrill. The design of the three drivers is unique by the classic definition of the word and the results were some startling revelations disclosing new details in songs with which I was intimately familiar. Kudos!” - Philip R.

Wow... knowing how amazing their next level down in both speakers and electronics are I can only imagine how good this system truly is. Congrats Mike, you have made Suncoast the absolute finest audio boutique in the country!

Thanks Randy. Appreciate the kind words.

Another great presentation Mike!
MBL scales down great too! I remember listening to the MBL 101s you had set up in the same room a few months ago and I swear they sounded basically identical with the only difference was that when I stood up from my seat it made no difference with these double stacks!
Sorta like getting the double hamburger at 5 Guys.....same taste just more to love.
Thanks for the service you provide to the audiophile community...and the industry ...it’s much appreciated. I know from my photo dealer days these shows are a lot of work and expense and sometimes the only benefit you get from it is that you love the hobby and the sharing of the joy you get from it.
Now that I have buttered you up we can talk pricing on those MBL’s 116 I have my eyes on!
:eyebrow:
