Re: Lampizator Pacific arrives at Suncoast Audio

As I learned from breaking in my clients Pacific, this DAC is VERY VERY VERY VERY fussy with power cords.

Recommend: Shunyata Alpha NR/Sigma NR.

Just popped these in. WE300b’s and WE274b. NIGHT AND DAY better. There’s just no substitute for the real thing.

Good to know mike glad it sounds great fir you.
Have you tried the taks in your dac ?

Re: Lampizator Pacific arrives at Suncoast Audio

Great looking and, I’m sure, sounding DAC! While i like black, the original finish seems prettier to me.

Re: Lampizator Pacific arrives at Suncoast Audio

It sure sounds great. But those protruding screws :(

Re: Lampizator Pacific arrives at Suncoast Audio

Hahaha it's cool by me it's brilliant in gold too.
Lampi has come a long way and is still cheap in cost in comparing to top tear sound.
Love the looks for its many variations now too.
Have you heard one ?

Mike contact Lucas at the above email for a re clocker and sever for your dacs.
I helped in the sever , the re clocker is a next level wow I have one as well. He is a dealer in Europe for the re clocker
It's out of this world good.
I have the most complex setup in digital to make it short and it added an obvious level of details. Happy you have a pacific best dac I ever had in my room period. Glad your rolling tubes too it's a variation for anyone's system to get perfection. Love those WE tubes. Try a tak as a recti too it has a bit more weight but has a level of ambience that's above the rest I have tried period.

I first have to solve the issue with the Ethernet connection on the Pacific. It’s making snap, crackle and popping noises. I think the network card in it is bad.

Re: Lampizator Pacific arrives at Suncoast Audio

or did the SD card get corrupted? If so you need to download new firmware to it.
