Found this site through a recent purchase of a Nord Stereo UP500 Amplifier - Colin (Owner/builder/main man) is a diamond as some of you know. I really like the civilised way this forum handles it subject(s). Some other sites take the 'What do you mean Cables make a difference!' shouty approach. We all have an opinion - share it - it's fun! Oh and is it good/bad that there are now quite a few small i fi companies operating almost exclusively on one side of the pond or the other - and don't mention China. There is some great stuff out there that doesn't get the expose it deserves. Hoping to find some here. Happy listening.:rolleyes:

Many years ago I visited my friend Charles Darwin who lives in Kent. :-) He told me that he introduced pigeons to London.

Seriously, we were in London last week including a visit to Glyndebourne last Saturday to hear Marriage of Figaro. After getting out of London, one appreciates how much beautiful countryside there is in England.
