Please help ASAP. I played radio stations on my N20 all day to burn in new monoblocks. Now I can't get back to my stored music. I select album or artist at the top and I get a message "0 out of xxx albums" or "0 out of xxx artists". The only stored music I can play is from playlists.

How do I get back to my stored library? I tried restarting but Conductor just goes back to where it was before I restart.

If you still need assistance, I just logged on to my N20 via Conductor on my iPad. I received a message telling me to update software. I'm set to auto update so this was an unusual message by itself.

I also noticed that I did not have all three (3) icons displayed in Conductor (Conductor icon/Qobuz account icon/vTuner icon). My Qobuz account icon, and therefore my saved music, was missing. I went to settings>software update and the system cycled to reveal "Latest version is already installed."

Returned to the main Conductor screen and Conductor recycled and now my Qobuz icon was available.

Hope this helps.

mxk116,

The mystery continues. Conductor reset itself somehow. I wish I knew the secret handshake because I am going "groundhog day" and repeating yesterday. I am burning in via radio until this afternoon or evening when I return to my regularly scheduled program.

I was working with a customer one day over the phone and he had a similar situation as yours with his Aurender/Conductor communications.

It took shutting down Conductor first, rebooting his tablet, powering off/standby from the front button on his Aurender streamer, waiting a minute or two and then switching off the Aurender from mains power with the rocker switch on the rear of his Aurender.

After a few minutes with everything completely powered off I had him power on the Aurender with the rear switch and let it come fully alive, then restarted the Conductor app and everything came back.

Just like computers, sometimes everything needs a complete power down/reboot not just pressing the standby/off convenience button.

I'm an old retired railroader, for the right amount of $$ I might be talked into coming back..........:D

Radio plays for a long time then stops and I have to restart. Is there a function that requires user input to continue playing? I am using the radio only for burn in so I am not making any changes on the Conductor app.

I have not contacted anyone. It is no big deal. I am just trying to learn. I have some other equipment that shuts off automatically if there is no signal or user input for a specific time. The Aurender does not shut off it just stops playing the radio.

This morning it has played for 3 hours so far without stopping. I will stop play and restart before I go outside.

The most recent Conductor and vTuner is not far from its beta release. I’m certain Aurender would be interested in the issues you are experiencing. They have a fairly straightforward method for reporting issues within the Conductor app’s settings menu under “Help”

I have not updated. My two attempts failed and I gave up since the update did not seem to relate to playback quality.

To remedy the failed update I was instructed to uninstall Conductor and install the new version. Since the new one was a Beta version I did not bother.

Music stopped again while I was outside.

Can someone tell me if the Conductor app will work on a new Microsoft Surface Laptop? Hoping it's an easy setup. I just returned my MacBook Air.
Thanks
Gene
